融合了皮拉提斯的"核心穩定", 以及流動瑜珈的體位法. 提供一個更有趣的練習幫助你雕塑/強化肌群以及伸展. *No minimum number of practitioner required. Class will be "open" once one person decide to join! This Pilates-Yoga Fusion class combines the core stabilization and movement of Pilates with the flow and traditional poses of vinyasa style yoga. It’ll tone, strengthen, stretch, and open your body in some new and fun ways!
