不想在家發悶? 我們一起線上揮汗吧! 打開妳/你up beat的歌單, 這一個小時我們會練習充滿活力的瑜珈流動/徒手運, 並以伸展結束. 這堂課不會練習很深的體位法, 我們將會漸進的核心/有氧/肌力的訓練, 在這堂課結束時, 你/妳會感受到身體變強壯, 同時也變得更柔軟. *No minimum number of practitioner required. Class will be "open" once one person decide to join! It is a good fitness routine includes elements of cardio, strength training, and stretching. You'll find equal parts burpees and child's poses, and your body will feel stronger and more limber by the time your workout is over.
